The Shire First Mortgages Guarantee We GUARANTEE to find a great loan that meets your needs! If, within 60 days from the settlement date of your loan, you find a loan that you feel better meets your needs, we will help you to switch to that loan, pay any associated switching costs up to a maximum of $1,000 and pay you an additional$1,000 for your time. |
