BANKS GET TOUGH ON SELF EMPLOYED BORROWERS

Over the past 2 months we have seen a reduction in the number of lenders who are willing to lend to self employed borrowers on a low doc basis. Many lenders have tightened their criteria while others have increased their pricing. There are some low doc opportunities still available but you need the services of an experienced broker to guide you through the process.

 
CASH RATE DROPS BY 1%
