Located at 1/96 Gymea Bay Road Gymea in the heart of the Sutherland Shire, Shire First Mortgages has been helping families and businesses with property finance since 1999 when it began operations from a home office in Menai.
Since then the business has grown and relocated to its current Gymea, Sutherland Shire location.
The principals of Shire First Mortgages are Neil & Susanne Massingham who have extensive banking and finance experience with leading financial organizations such as Westpac, Royal & Sun Alliance & Commercial Union dating back to 1978.

All of our consultants are Accredited Mortgage Consultants in their own right meaning they have achieved industry educational requirements and must undergo ongoing industry training.
All of our fees and commissions are disclosed up front. At Shire First Mortgages we use Finance Broking Contracts for ALL matters not just those required by NSW Legislation. There are NO “hidden extras” when dealing with Shire First Mortgages.
Community
We believe in giving back to our community through sponsorship and cash back offers to local schools, community organizations and junior sporting associations. Our principals are actively involved in local Rotary Clubs, P & C Associations, Scouting and Girl Guide groups as well as coaching and managing junior sporting teams.
